The hotel room wasn't ready at the 2 pm check-in time, and upon entering, I found that neither the AC, TV, nor the phone was working. However, the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The location is convenient, close to the expo mart, and offers a good view of the highway, but it can be noisy. The dining experience was excellent during breakfast, although the in-room dining options were ordinary.
